What happens, and when

Quick estimate
A few details about your home and current heating gets you a realistic price range — before anything else is asked of you.

Video survey
A video call with the engineer who'll design your system, usually the next day, based on your actual house.

Fixed price
A fixed, itemised price the same day as your survey. It's the number you pay — it doesn't move afterwards.

Installed in five days
Installation takes five days, typically starting around two weeks after your price is confirmed.
Not just the manufacturer's warranty — ours covers everything we install, for seven years.
