A yearly service visit, included as part of the plan — not an extra call-out to arrange.

Remote monitoring
Ongoing monitoring of your system's performance, for as long as you're on the plan.
The monitoring is what makes the plan different from a standard service contract: problems get spotted before you'd notice them yourself.
The warranty
Not just the manufacturer's warranty
Seven years, on everything we install — not only the heat pump itself. The warranty requires the care plan above; that's a deliberate dependency, not small print, which is why it's stated here plainly rather than left for you to discover later.
